As soon as you are able to schedule a trip to eastern Tennessee, we will reserve a day for a "lake tour"…that is, we will go to 4-6 properties that might be interesting. What Does a Lake Tour Encompass?
This is not a fluff tour!  First we will meet at the Coldwell Banker in downtown Kingston and spend perhaps and hour or so reviewing the lake real estate rules, regulations, topography, maps and distances, subdivisions and planned developments, climate, costs, taxes, building costs, lake levels and the importance of understanding TVA easements, control and approval of use of the property bordering the lake. We'll answer many of your questions before you ask them.

Most importantly we will try and learn your style of living preferences and how you would like to use the lake, ie: Gated community? Secluded lot? Subdivision? Waterfront? Waterview? Water access? Fishing? Pleasure Boating? Importance of access to Marina's & Restraunts? Access to I-40 and Knoxville? etc.

Then we will drive and introduce the lake to you and show you what makes a $$300,000 home different from a $400,000 or $500,000 on the lake - and if we feel it is over priced - we will tell you, and tell you why. This understanding will become the basis for your ultimate home selection based upon market comparision of value.
